Arrive in Sydney and check-in to the city’s newest luxury hotel – Capella Sydney.

If it’s your first time in the city, spend a couple of days exploring the essential sights, such as the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and the Botanic Gardens.

Join a private guided food and wine tour with friendly knowledgeable guides who will tailor the tour to your preferences. You can meet passionate growers and learn about their farming practices or visit a local vineyard to sample some local wine.

Day 7-9Sierra Escape

After breakfast, continue on to town of Mudgee, which is known for its historic architecture, charming cafes, and boutique wineries.
